Trombone
The third and last, but hardly the least, of Blue Heat's horn section, Paul and his trombone add an almost undefinable feel to the music.
Almost undefinable, but not quite. Paul's slippery
tones tie the horns together into a single sound, big and fat and deep
enough to lose yourself in.
Falling somewhere in between the sometimes staccato trumpet and the wailing sax, Paul blends and smooths when needed, and then tears your heart with a sadness that has to be heard.
